Platform role

CleanSelect is a lead generation and matching platform that connects customers with independent service providers.

CleanSelect does not provide cleaning services and is not a party to any agreement between customers and service providers.

How the service works

When a customer submits a quote request, CleanSelect matches the request with a limited number of relevant service providers based on service type, location and availability.

• Each request is shared with a limited number of providers
• Each provider receives a request at most once
• Providers respond directly to the customer

No guarantee of results

CleanSelect does not guarantee that:

• A customer will receive quotes
• A service provider will respond
• A quote will be accepted
• Any work or revenue will be generated

Partner terms (summary)

Service providers using CleanSelect operate under a prepaid model.

• Leads are provided based on available credits
• No credits means no lead delivery
• Pricing may change over time
• All purchases are generally non-refundable

Responsibilities

Customers and service providers are responsible for their own interactions, agreements and outcomes.

Service providers must ensure that their services are delivered in accordance with applicable laws and their own representations.

Limitation of liability

CleanSelect is not liable for any loss, damages or disputes arising from interactions between customers and service providers.

Changes to the platform and Terms

We may update the platform and these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the latest version.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
