Receive provider responses

A matched Service Provider can review the request and contact you directly with their own pricing and availability. They may need more details before preparing a quote. CleanSelect does not guarantee pricing or availability and does not perform the services.

Matching and sending a request are separate from receiving a response. Neither confirms that a provider has accepted the job. If you have a deadline, confirm it with the provider rather than treating your preferred date as a booking.

Choose a provider

Customers compare responses and decide which Service Provider to engage. Any agreement is made directly between the customer and the chosen provider.

Compare the scope as well as the price: check which rooms, surfaces and additional tasks are included, what is excluded, and how access will be arranged. Ask for clarification if two responses cover different work. Agree the final price, date and any service terms with the provider before the work starts.
